Mediation:

 

My goal in mediation is to allow clients to keep the process of divorce confidential, affordable, collaborative and respectful so that you and your children can move forward with as little damage as possible.

 

Divorce mediation is a voluntary conflict resolution process in which an impartial third party assists the participants in negotiating a consensual settlement.

 

A Mediator does not act as your attorney. Rather, I will guide you through the process and help you reach an agreement that is satisfactory to each party.

 

In  mediation the decision-making authority rests solely with the parties.
 

 

Divorce documents:

 

For those clients who don't need mediation and just need someone to complete all their divorce paperwork, I offer a package rate for a complete divorce.  If you have started your divorce and cannot get it through the Courts, I also offer an hourly rate to finalize your divorce paperwork.
